I couldn't have asked for a better stay with my family! The hotel is incredibly convenient, especially when you have little ones. The rooms are spotless and come with clean fresh towels ready for you. While the initial communication with the staff was a bit off, everything was eventually sorted out. The location is simply perfect, being close to the sea and a vibrant avenue. However, the noise level might disturb some seeking a peaceful night's rest.

The service, from the office managers to the cleaning staff, was a bit rough at first, which made communication challenging. However, everything improved, and we received excellent service overall. Sadly, there was no response to some of our queries.

The location is fantastic! Being close to the sea and the 5th Avenue makes this place stand out. However, it may be interruptive for those seeking peace and quiet. On a positive note, I found a wonderful professional pedicure nearby.

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The location is simply fantastic, right next to the beach and a stone's throw away from all the action on 5th Avenue. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a sense of seclusion that I loved, although there were some noise concerns later in the day. The staff, especially the office managers Rolando and Arturo, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my days even more enjoyable.
